Question by suspicious minds.: Free webhost I can add a wordpress template to?
Quickly and easily? I just need it to apply for a certain webhost, to show what the site would look like. Freewebs confuses me on how to add a template/layout. Thank you.

Install xampp on your own computer, and install WP on that. http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html
