Question by : How can I get my authorization code to transfer my domain after cancelling the domain account?
I cancelled my domain to move to a different provider. I didn’t realize I could just transfer it so I cancelled it with yahoo and wanted to get it again with the new company. However, Yahoo still has it registered. Since my smallbusiness account was closed, I cannot even contact them to get the code I need. Is there anyway to get that code or at least contact yahoo without purchasing another domain to reopen my small business account?

You will need to contact Y!SB support to get your authorization code if your account is not currently active.

Contact Yahoo ASAP, if your domain is expire or was part of the deal with your YAHOO contract could be a problem. They are thousands of registries, just try to contact them to get your domain transfer.
