You can go many directions now, check this one http://webdesign.coolstart.nl/

What are your skills or wishes, are you good in design or in coding ? Good designers are bad coders and good coders are bad designers. When you’re a designer choose a WYSIWYG editor, when you love a nice piece of coding search for coding lessons.

Find yourself a web hosting company. Some of them provide web site creation tools that do not require pretty much any knowledge of anything. But knowledge of HTML will always be useful.

Hey Eric- I’m guessing you don’t know any HTML/CSS. Your best bet will then be to use a template based website building tool like Office Live Small Business. It let’s you build a site with templates so that you don’t have to do any heavy coding, which makes it easy and fast for you to get a website up and running.

    Cheers,

    hi,
great to know u got a domain name, the nest step is you need to find a host, where u can float your website on the cyber space. there are 2 types of hosting one is shared hosting and other is dedicated . If your web content doesnt involve highly secretive info then u can go with shared hosting. i for the past 2 years host my site with http://www.tucktail.com/

You need a good software like http://www.1site.info
    Great also for beginners.

Of course you could learn HTML instead…. but this would be long and boring….
    Anyway, good luck! :)
