I’ve had great luck with Webzpro. I have several sites with them….ALWAYS up…no downtime. I have the “middle of the road” business account for about $10 per month. There are cheaper plans too. GoDaddy is CHEAP but I have trouble with their sitebuilder tools.

GoDaddy.com is the best out there. It might be around $8 – $10 a month though…

I use host gator and love it. Its 10 bucks a month and I think the first month is free. I have never experienced prolonged periods or downtime with host gator. They have every feature that you can imagine and it’s super easy to install wordpress. Yon can not ask for a better host. I have used free and dirt cheap hosting before and I guess you get what you pay for.
