Google doesn’t evalute your website, you have complete control over the content, redesigns, whatever. You can even create brand new sites and place adsense ads on those sites too.
Just be sure that any and all sites comply with their policies at all times.

You can add to your site or vary it’s content, do anything that you like providing you do not violate Google’s policies i.e. no pornography, drugs, alcohol etc. Otherwise you may do whatever you wish to your site.
You can even start new websites on different topics and use your original Adsense publisher ID to put ads on those sites.
