I would recommend that you check out http://www.noomle.com they offer free website templates, and it’s really easy to integrate your adsense code into your noomle site. They have video tutorials, and they have a fantastic forum with people eager to help if you get stuck.

I think it might be allowed on Google’s own Website creation / making service: http://pages.google.com
But not sure, as I only use my Google Pages account to test how it works for answering questions on here, etc as i’ve already got posh webhosting for all my websites.

Yes. Yola.com allows almost any search engine and it’s free unless you want to publish it. I have a website, myself.
