The newspaper said that the number of people clicking on those ads has dropped by half in the last year. You will only make a few pennies. And your site gets cluttered with ads. That can scare off serious visitors.
It is only confusing in the beginning. Once they are running, there is nothing for you to do. Except to make sure that you don’t click on the ads yourself (of course, you weren’t going to do that).

If you own a high traffic site you will earn up to a few dollars per day max. More if your site is about home loans, mesothlioma lawyers, home based business, or any other spammy neighborhood.

yes. google adsense is one of the way to make money – but i cant make that much with it.
worth my time ? No, for me.
