Can You Advertise Affiliate Ads And Google Adsense Ads On The Same Web Page?

Hi: I like to know can you advertise affiliate ads and google adsense ads on the same web page. I heard somewhere if the affilate “ads” have the same content as google adsense ads on the site or web page, google will terminate your account. Is this true?
Please leave an example of same content sites.

Yes you can, as long as the ads you are putting there don’t “steal” any clicks from your adsense ads. However, in practice, it is best not to do it. Keep your ads apart from eachother.http://www.icantinternet.org/?cat=9

As far as I’m aware, you can have other adverts. I may be wrong though.
