Question by Ahmad: Is it possible to get a free domain name??
I know that domain names are not free but I saw once that you can have a domain name if you put a number of posts on a forum (200,300,400…)
does anyone know a forum provide this

Some hosting companies will get you a free domain name if you get a certain plan, but it isn’t free cause you have to pay for the plan. I have never seen the thing about forums giving you free domain names, but it would probably be paid for by ads(the more pages they have, the more places to have ads. The more users the have will also allow more ad companies to want to advertise.) , anyway the only totally free domain ever, is dot.tk. They don’t have .com’s, they only have .tk’s. There is also and ad page on that. Nothing in life is free!

Microsoft is still giving them away through their OfficeLive program -

    http://officelive.com

They’ll do the registering, and you get some free email accounts through their services (just log in using hotmail.com or mail.live.com)
