I remember when creating channels, I mentioned the terms like “software”, “antivirus”, ‘download’ and the like.
Now, I have made a site related to software reviews and when I preview the site in browser, I get ads related to Health, medicine and the like.
How would I get relevant ads?
Please help!

Well, you shall use the “right” keyword. Make your keyword inside your content more clear, mean use more frequent on the keyword “software” to get better matching

I believe you have to wait until Google trawls your web page again, which is once every month or so. Perhaps if you emailed adsense support (do they even have this? I’ve never seen a contact email, but I’m sure there’s one buried somewhere), you can get them to trawl your page sooner and update your ads, since both Google and yourself are dependent on ads for revenue.
