If I Show Public Service Ads For Google Adsense If No Relevant Link Units Are Available Do I Still Get Paid?

Do I still make money when people click the public service ads? Is it the same amout as the relevant ads?

Nope, you will not be paid for that. If your site keeps showing PSA, try generating more contents.
