Of course. Google pays you by check when your earning reach $100. They will send the check to you via regular or registered mail. Without a bank account, how do cash-in the check then?

You need a bank account because Google pays by either check or electronic payment transfer. If you want to get most of your money, I suggest depositing the check in your bank account instead of using a check cashing service. Better yet, the bank account will allow you to receive your pay faster if Google has electronic payment transfer in your country.
