Have you ever checked out Clickbank.com? It is free and easy to start. Another one that is approved by the BBB is http://ilovesbi.sitesell.com/websuccess1… I’ve heard Squidoo works but I have not tried it yet.

I’ve come across many and have written brief reviews about them. What you need to be granted acceptance to the program. payout information etc. And other general info. Way too many to list here but here is a list to the 4 part series I did

Yahoo Publisher Network is only available in USA & UK I think. You can try following pubisher networks also.
