Question by axillon: Can I use my Registered Agent’s address in my Domain Whois?
I registered a Limited Liability Company which requires a Registered Agent (all legal documents goes thru this address first before delivering to me).. I would like to protect my privacy in my domain names by using my Registered Agent’s information.. Can I do that?

You need permission from that registered agent as Limited Liability Companies are treated as being “real” in company law. The registered address refers only to where the register of members and other legal documents are kept. If your agent does not mind, and i’d get that in writing, then it should be ok. Please double check with a legal eagle.
