don’t worry, there are another alternative google adsense you can sign up such as kontera network, clickbank affiliate, Yahoo Publisher Network, AdBrite etc

No, there is no way around this.

You can try to wait to until the holding period is over and register for the name again, but that can be dangerous since anyone can grab the name before you do.

Typically you want a business class connection with a static ip address. On many consumer plan it is against the TOS to host a server.

Any operation system would work but if you are technical linux is a good option. (Using Apache)
