You wouldn’t be associated with that site and are asking questions to promote it are you?

You realize that all the links in yahoo answers are nofollow so there a link here wont help your rankings.

Freewebs is very easy and your domain will look like this:

www.yourwebsite.webs.com

it is very easy to use and it is completely free. the only downside is the extra word in there (webs) and a tiny disclaimer about freewebs at the bottom. You can also upgrade anytime to a fully fledged domain name such as www.yourwebsite.com for only a small price when you are ready.

Phpnet.us — I’ve used this free PHP supported host in the past and they’ve been okay. But like all free services, there’s really no guarantee of reliability. They’re okay for short-term needs.
