I have come across lots of sites that say “we offer free domain names free web hosting” then AFTER i register i find out its not free at all or you have to have a sub domain name from their site or have to advertise for them.

I am using IIS7 and IIS6, WFTPD, no SMTP/POP3 software, Windows Vista Home Premium on a HP machine.
Also, is there any thing that can clean my mouse and keyboard of dust?

Your computer with the IIS should do it. You just need a domain name, and point your domain to your DNS server.

Then in IIS setup the folder you want to host your web site in.

What you are wanting to do is host your on web site on your own computer. You should have a high-speed Internet and a battery backup (UPS) in case the power goes out.

You can buy a domain name for about .00 at godaddy.com.
