I Been waiting for four days does it really take this long?

I have a blog on blogger.com, how long does it usually take to get approved by google for monetizing it? Is there a minumum time frame like 6 months or something.

I just hear that some person make a website with approve of google adsense. and i want it so can u give me ur price and mail address or contact no??
