Question by Nelson: How can I transfer a domain that has been cancelled?
“This domain was used with a Yahoo! Small Business service that was cancelled. Reactivate this domain, or enter a different domain name below.”

Is there a way that I can transfer it to another registrar? It’s quite expensive here at Yahoo! and I just wanted to know if anyone else could offer me a better place to host the domain. Does anyone know the fees of resuming it?

You will not be able to transfer the domain name until you have renewed it.
Renew it and then you should be able to transfer it away to a different company
