Question by VictorianJackass: Someone else has the same name as my company, but the logo and the slogan aren’t the same.?
My company isn’t on the internet yet, but I was doing a domain name search, and found that someone else has the same one I was planning to buy. (the domain name is www.blackseahorse.com, btw.) If I buy a different domain that’s a variation of that name, and kept the same company name, would I be infringing any trademark laws?

It will depend if the other company in question has trademarked the name yet.

It is important to know that owning a domain name is not the same as owning the trademark for a name. Getting a trademark for your name requires registration with the federal gov. Search “trademark search” and you can find the gov site and see if the name or logo is trademarked. Sorry don’t remember the link as it has been a year or so since I went through the process.

If you are serious about establishing a name for the long-term, then I would worry much more about trademarks than domains.

I run about 15 sites off of my account on dreamhost.com. Its been pretty solid. I especially like its one click installs of alot of popular things like PHPBB, and its web interface is really easy to use. Its about a month for unlimited storage and unlimited transfer with unlimited subdomains and unlimited domains (you have to buy the domains from godaddy for like a year)

As suggested by friends that affiliate marketing ads can be published with Google adsense, But I am not sure that which affiliate marketing is the best and Genuine and Don’t conflict with Adsense.

I will suggest CJ which is work good in my website together with adsense. By the way, most of the affiliate program dont conflict adsense ads because they are in different format
