Question by Schwan: Why am I getting this error at Yahoo domain control panel?
I bought a domain name a couple of years ago at Yahoo and when I last wanted to check the control panel, I came across this error message:

“Sorry, there are no Yahoo! Small Business services associated with the Yahoo! ID hamipers”

When I do a Whois search, my account at Yahoo still appears to be the administrator’s email address of the domain.
What do you think the problem is? How could I contact Yahoo to resolve this problem?

Your Small Business account is associated with one email address. Are you certain that you haven’t changed the address since opening it?

Also, if you’re not paying for the domain through Yahoo! currently there is no account to access. You may need to open a new account.

Question by M.Helena: there’s NO upgrade to web hosting link at the top of the home tab of my Geocities Control Panel. What do I do?
I want you to redirect my Geocities web address to my future site which will be hosted at Yahoo.com. I wish I could learn how to do it myself!

maybe you can make yahoo your homepage but i don’t think there is a way to do that or you can add it to your favorites

Question by hmm: Cheap domain name, full DNS control and FREE whois privacy?
I already have a main domain and hosting for 3 years but I want another domain to use that is a lil shorter (its the initials). I need to have full control of it and I really prefer the whois privacy to be included unless it SUPER CHEAP! Thanks =D

Try godaddy.com. they have specials and domain names as low as 0.99

Question by JACE: How much control do I have over Domain Registration Information from GoDaddy?
I have a domain name with GoDaddy. I originally signed up for Private Registration via DomainsByProxy. My question is if I cancel the Private Registration, does the domain Registrant Information get automatically populated from my personal account information at GoDaddy? Or do I have the option to change all of the fields to different answers? I am fully aware that I must still provide true information for the contact fields.

Yes, if you cancel your domain privacy, the information you have set in GoDaddy (admin, technical and billing contacts) will populate the Whois information and become publicly visible to anyone who wishes to look. The contact information can be changed any time you like for each domain name you own. Do this through your GoDaddy domain management panel. It can take up to 48 hours for the new contact information to show up in all of the different Whois databases around the world.

I just set up adsense, i’ve done it before and it had the wrong kind of stuff coming through for a while until it picked up on my meta tags and the relevant stuff came through. I’m just wondering if theres a way to speed up the process, or a way in the adsense control panel to specify what kind of products or sites to advertise?
