Try to Send emails to people telling them about your website, if they like it, they will join themselves if they like it.
Try Mouth publicity also.

I have a blog, and am using Google Adsense. I have increased traffic and have several hundred clicks. However, it seems that the estimated earnings is not going up. Do I have to wait till a certain time of the day to see and increase or is should it be as it goes?

it will take not more than 10 mins to update the click information in your adsense account
