Start reading web development tutorials on line. Maybe in about 6 months you’ll understand enough of the basics to be able to do something. No one can give you that much information in a Yahoo post.

Question by Pete: What is the best free photo hosting website which you don’t give rights, and which you can use commercially?
I have a flickr, picasa, and my own website. But I would like to host my images, which I plan to use on my website, elsewhere. Flickr you can not use commercially, and picasa you give a worldwide license (similiar on facebook) which I am not fond of.

Are there any good commercially friendly free photo hosting websites?
