IF not, what sites can you use to put your ads on?
Do you have to create your own url sites?

I know you have to pay taxes on everything, but you know how people get tax returns, because they over paid taxes or whatever, well, at the end of the year, do you have to pay taxes, instead of getting money back?
please use yes and no answers, explaining the way it works is just going to make me more confused.
do you know of any other advertising sites?

I don’t want to receive a check with the money as it will cost half the check to cash it due to it being in foeriegn currency. Is there anyway they can either pay me after say 3 months or via paypal etc?
I want to place all this money aside and use it towards a small investment.
