revenue will I lose all the revenue I have been earning from my original site or will my adsense revenue amount remain the same even if I take down my original site and try to get the recreated site approved?

I had a Google AdSense account before, but they deleted it because I have promoted one of my sites with AdSense ads on advertising sites such as Bux.
Please tell me, is there any chance to create a new AdSense account?
Did anybody have the same problem?
