I want to buy a domain name, host it and have it redirected all at the same site. Suggestions?

I have a cafepress store and would like to shorten the URL to something personal, yet still have it go to the cafepress store. Where can I buy a domain name, and have that same company host my domain and redirect it to the cafepress url? I don’t want to spend an exorbitant amount of money for this.
