Question by Thingula: Does anyone know of a RELIABLE and FREE PHP and MySQL hosting service?
Please help.

Phpnet.us — I’ve used this free PHP supported host in the past and they’ve been okay. But like all free services, there’s really no guarantee of reliability. They’re okay for short-term needs.

Question by Captain Gaga: Where can I get a domain name for the cheapest? And reliable?
I want to make a website, but what is the best site to buy from? The highest I’ve seen is about 10 dollars yearly from GoDaddy, and I recently got 10 dollars in my paypal for free and well GoDaddy is more expensive. What’s a better domain seller that is reliable and cheaper?
Does GoDaddy have it’s own servers too? Or do I have to pay for a server aswell when getting a website up?

Question by A Sparks: Reliable Web Hosting?
I’ve done some research and know the top sites. Just looking to see what others think from experience… I’m considering:

I Page
Blue Host
Host Gator
In Motion
Web Hosting Pad

I’m looking for a host with decent support and one that won’t mess around by increasing charges after a year automatically, shutting my sites down without consent or is down all the time.

Any info would help!
Thanks :)
