Question by Jacob R.: I just bought a domain name from 1&1. What steps do I take now to get a website online? Free Hosting?
How can I transfer that domain name and have it hosted by some free hosting service like wordpress or blogger or something like that?

I don’t quite understand what you meant. If you have a domain name, and want to use blogger or wordpress.org software you must have a webhost, to save all your files. This webhosts either can be free (research in google) the downside is most free webhost will make you happy for a few weeks, after that you will have problems, site maintenance, database error, etc plus one your account is suspended, you will loose your work or you can pay for for a webhost which will enable you to control all your blog.

Or if you meant, you want to blog with wordpress.com and blogger blogspot but using your domain name, as i am aware of you can’t do it.

You don’t have to give your website address to adsense to create the code. Just have the code created, and paste it in your website’s code where you want it to occur.
