Question by primalclaws1974: Wanting to buy a web domain name simply for negative purposes?
There is a certain town that I feel the world needs to know about it’s politics, and I want to update it regularly with new details. I want the jackasses of this town to be public news. I am tlaking about business owners, city council and the cops to name a few. Would a webmaster sell the name and allow me to do this on his/her server without shutting me down?

So long as you follow a site’s terms of services, and don’t break any laws (including libel), you can do pretty much as you please online.

Whether or not you can get a specific domain name is another matter. Chances are that if the name you want already exists, they might not be willing to sell it.

You could always just take it to a blog:

Question by Dalal: do i have to use the webhost of a company when wanting to use thier site builder?

1.Generally the web hosting companies will always refuse to allow using 3rd party site building tools & certainly yahoo will not allow you to use other than their site builder.
2.However,you can work around that by creating your website on your local PC by using 3rd party site solutions & then you can upload the files\folders etc using FTP access given by Yahoo & publish your site. However, please clarify with yahoo once again if they have any restrictions.

Question by happy0bunny: What is the best website host for a family wanting to post pictures?
we want to be able to have a website where our friends can go and get pictures from random camping events that we have, instead of having to send them out all the time, I need it to either be free or cheap and have picture downlading like photobucket. also so it looks nice and not totallly blank.

While free is appealing because -well it is free…if you are wanting to create a site on a specific topic and make money using adsense – a free site won’t be of much help. You need to be able to optimize the pages, create xml sitemaps, and create tons of content as well as get backlinks to get your site found on any search engine.
You can start with a free website or blog and practice writing and learning about what it takes to develop a site.
To make money with adsense you really need lots of pages and content because you only get a few cents a click unless you can create a site on high paying keywords. The Click through rates probably are somewhere between 3-10% is what my guess would be so that means you need lots of page impressions and lots of clicks to get anywhere.
It can be done though.
