I am going mad now please anyone tell me when did google adsense give my payments and I live in Pakistan?

I want to put “Google AdSense” on my site, so i want to know what percentage does google pay to me per click?

Whenever I copy and paste the code generated by google adsense into my website my website hangs and I will have to close down internet explorer.
My website is through Microsoft office live.
Could anyone please let me know why this might be the case.
