Look in your past emails, they would have had to email it to you. Or check your bank’s website if you bought it with your credit card.

Question by catchthex_treme: How do I buy a domain name with a guarantee of ownership for atleast 25-50 years?
Are domain registrars the only sources of domain names? If so – what if they come next year and say I cant renew ur domain name ?

Best answer:

Answer by William F
It is impossible for someone to take a domain name while it is registered

so as long as renew each year before expiration
it will always be available

Question by irelandboundaries: If you sell a domain name you have owned for 13 years do you pay capital gains taxes on thoses monies?
If not what taxes would you pay and if you sell the domain next year (2008) are you exempt from CGT under the rule that if you fall into the 10% to !5% tax bracket you pay no CGT in 2008. This would be in the United States.
Obviously we would make a profit from the sale of the domain name.
