OK, it has been a while since Google terminated my AdSense account. Because of this, does that mean I have no chance at becoming a YT partner now?

Whats the target “niche”

It’s not worth it inless it’s a “niche” site.

Most youtube scripts need a dedicated server or a host with root access.

Youtube copies are over run and defanitely aren’t worth making inless you have alot of features for incesents file download to mp3, mov, mpg3 ect. If there isn’t a soild feature that differs your site likely won’t grow.

you don’t own your youtube channel sweetheart
google does, and you can’t put ads on it
only google can (because they OWN it, see?)
